The hotel room with a kitchenette had a strong smell of mold and old smoke, making the stay unpleasant. Safety concerns arose due to the absence of a smoke alarm and malfunctioning doors. On the positive side, the prompt response to requests within 5 minutes was appreciated, yet disturbances from people outside at late hours disrupted the peace.
